Prices per order. We currently only ship to the destinations listed above. Delivery times are indicative and start from the date of dispatch.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of payment receipt.

Discreet packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging, designed to protect your privacy. No mention of the contents appears on the outer packaging. On your bank statement, the transaction will appear as SP CO Boutique.

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is available in Cap d'Agde (2 Avenue Amphitrite, Av. de Port Ambonne, 34300 Agde) during opening hours.

Returns

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. You then have 14 days to return the product to us.

The product must be returned in its original condition, allowing it to be resold. The customer may be held liable for any depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature and proper functioning of the product.

To initiate a return, contact us indicating your order number and the item concerned. We will inform you of the procedure to follow.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defect attributable to Clair Obscur Boutique.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned item, using the same payment method as used for the original order. This includes the initial standard delivery costs (excluding express delivery fees).

Cancellations

An order cancellation can be requested before the item is shipped. To do this, please contact us as soon as possible after validating your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we invite you to return the item concerned (within the 14-day period) and place a new order.
